This group will provide support for adults (18+) who identify as LGBTQ+ in coping with the demands of daily life

Program Information
This support group is a place to find LGBTQ+ community, share your experiences, and receive support! You will find that others have faced similar challenges and will have helpful advice to offer. You may even find that you have wisdom to offer to others! The group will be led by two staff members who will bring educational resources and insights to the group as well.
Please note that this is not an intensive therapy experience. If you need additional support to what this group can offer, our staff will be able to discuss this with you individually.
